With a mix of 1-2-1 and group coaching sessions, we address the gaps in the existing business and boost your own knowledge and capability to run a successful company.
What does the business coaching for startups
programme consist of?
North Star Session
This initial 3-hour session reviews your current business status, performance, aspirations, challenges, opportunities and examines your business against our bespoke SME 10-point Coaching Star.
Following that assessment, you and the coach together set the priority objectives for the next 12 to 36 months.
Fortnightly or monthly 1-2-1 coaching sessions
Depending on the speed of change you want to see happen in your business and your budget for support, these regular 1-2-1 hour-long sessions can be held either fortnightly or 4-weekly.
Within each session, your coach helps you review progress made against commitments and more extensive plans, discuss and confirm the next priorities.
Then there is help so you stay on track with an appropriate mix of education, accountability, and support.
Short Haul Business Flight Planning
These sessions are an opportunity to take a step back and look at the bigger picture against your 12-month priority objectives and allow for the key quarterly priorities to be established.
Once decided upon, these prioritised goals are then defined, broken into relevant activity chunks, and timelined onto an easy to use planner.

This group coaching programme provides education specific to business owners on 12 core topics throughout the year
Support as and when you need it
Support as and when you need it.
Available Monday to Friday during office hours, your coach is also there to provide ad hoc quick advice and support (within reason) whenever you need it.
All sessions are focused on addressing gaps in the existing business and in the owner’s knowledge of how to run a company. A key objective of a business coach for startups is to achieve a state of being basically functional and quickly as possible, whereby you’ve figured out the basics of the operation, service, model and delivery.
We’ve worked a lot on the structure of the business. We’ve put a lot of processes in place and that has enabled our growth phase and enabled us to bring in new staff members. We’ve been working on our proposition in the market and it’s been great to have a coach as a sounding board for this.
The results so far from a financial point of view have been very good. We doubled our turnover last year and we are set to double our turnover again this year to about £1.5 million."
