Avant Contract Furnishings are office interior and furniture specialists based in Redhill, Surrey, who have been receiving business coaching services from us for a little while.
Through an invitation by their accountant, they attended one of UK Growth Coach’s business education seminars. Their accountant thought the owner of Avant Contract Furnishings would benefit from an external perspective and some additional support so invited them to come along to hear it directly from one of our coaches.
The business was performing well, but the owner wanted to move out of the day-to-day running of the business and focused on the strategic parts of the business, and to look at the business as a whole rather than the everyday issues and challenges. Additionally, he thought there would be a benefit to drawing on the expertise and experience of others and avoiding any trial and error.
