The UK Growth Coach client’s base is now expanding to Europe! Black Paint Agency is a creative, high-end and high-value videography agency based in Berlin.
The owner was recommended to us following a conversation with a fellow Berlin-based business owner about some of the challenges he was experiencing in his business.
Growing a small business unfortunately is not as straightforward as being brilliant at your chosen area of specialism or service.
Black Paint Agency had a handful of strong existing client relationships but limited avenues for developing and securing relevant new leads. There was a lack of clarity in the communications as to who the target audience was, how to reach them, and the unique selling points for working with this creative agency.

With that personal and business clarity, we then turned our combined attention to defining the niche target audiences for the agency and how to communicate the value proposition to them.
The new value proposition would enable them to beat the competition in getting that initial inquiry, while also ensuring the leads were qualified, relevant, and therefore quicker to convert – making the whole process more efficient.
The value proposition is now used across their website, social media, and other marketing materials to ensure when prospects find them, they can quickly understand Black Paint Agency’s services and whether they are a fit for them.
We have scheduled time into Adam’s diary so there is a regular commitment to get out of the day-to-day operation, and back into the ‘cockpit’ of his business, in order to make these changes a sustainable habit rather than a one-off.
The business and personal clarity our coaching has brought, has helped the business owner feel more in control, confident, and able to grow his business.
The value proposition and audience definition, have resulted in more leads coming into the business from the right type of clients, leading to more effective and efficient conversations.
